The Opportunity: We’re looking for a highly versatile Senior Designer to join the VitalHub UK marketing team — someone who can bring creative ideas to life across multiple formats and channels. This role suits a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work collaboratively, and upholds the global brand’s visual identity while contributing to its evolution. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable producing marketing collateral, web assets, UI/UX product visuals, and motion/video content, while maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain VitalHub’s visual identity across print, digital, and video content.
- Produce marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, event stands, and campaign materials etc.
- Design and manage exhibition/stand visuals, collaborating with external vendors where necessary.
- Lead or support UI/UX design tasks for web and product interfaces.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and product showcases.
- Work collaboratively within the marketing team and product teams to ensure creative alignment between marketing collateral and products.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Contribute to the creative direction and visual consistency of the brand across all mediums.
Essential Experience:
- Extensive professional experience in graphic design, ideally as an in-house designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, motion, and digital work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Competence with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and storytelling through design.
- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure, managing multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Eye for detail, with a quality-first mindset.
Nice to Haves:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (2:2 or above)
- Experience with corporate or global brand communication.
- Experience working in tech or healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of 3D or motion compositing tools (e.g. After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D).
- Passion or an interest in AI and how it can be integrated to enhance and optimise a brands’ visual delivery.
- Capture and edit photography/videography for events and promotional use.
