The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a highly versatile Senior Designer to join the VitalHub UK marketing team — someone who can bring creative ideas to life across multiple formats and channels. This role suits a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work collaboratively, and upholds the global brand’s visual identity while contributing to its evolution.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable producing marketing collateral, web assets, UI/UX product visuals, and motion/video content, while maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain VitalHub’s visual identity across print, digital, and video content.
  • Produce marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, event stands, and campaign materials.
  • Design and manage exhibition/stand visuals, collaborating with external vendors where necessary.
  • Lead or support UI/UX design tasks for web and product interfaces.
  • Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and product showcases.
  • Work collaboratively within the marketing team and product teams to ensure creative alignment between marketing collateral and products.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Contribute to the creative direction and visual consistency of the brand across all mediums.

Essential Experience:

  • Extensive professional experience in graphic design, ideally as an in-house designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, motion, and digital work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
  • Competence with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and storytelling through design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure, managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Eye for detail, with a quality-first mindset.

Nice to Haves:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (2:2 or above).
  • Experience with corporate or global brand communication.
  • Experience working in tech or healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of 3D or motion compositing tools (e.g. After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D).
  • Passion or an interest in AI and how it can be integrated to enhance and optimise a brand’s visual delivery.
  • Capture and edit photography/videography for events and promotional use.

Personal Qualities:

  • Tenacious and solution-focused — sees every design request as a challenge to overcome.
  • Curious about the latest design trends and tools.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new methods or technologies.
  • Balances creativity with practical delivery.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
