Job Details:
- Position: Full-Time, Day Shift Substance Addiction Counselor at MCI-Norfolk, Norfolk, MA, and MCI-Framingham, Framingham, MA (travel required).
- Compensation: Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr. Pay is based on skills and experience.

Position Overview:
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing treatment to justice-involved individuals with substance use issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Crisis stabilization
- Assessments
- Treatment planning
- Individual and group therapy
- Documentation
- Collaboration with medical and community providers
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience (preferred)
- Substance use certification (CAC, CADC, CAADC, LADC)
- Satisfactory background check
Essential Functions:
- Provide crisis stabilization, assessments, and treatment
- Develop treatment plans and conduct individual/group therapy
- Complete documentation and reports
