Air Liquide UK is part of a world-leading industrial gases group operating in over 75 countries and we are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our UK HR team on a 12 month internship.
You'll work at the heart of our people function, gaining hands-on exposure across the full employment lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations.
You'll work closely with experienced HR Business Partners, picking up real skills and knowledge that will accelerate your development.
You will be a part of a team which is responsible for the administration of a wide range of HR related processes, payroll, annual cycle events and project work.

Be the first point of contact for employee HR related queries.
Daily maintenance of the HR inbox, and execution of all administrative and transactional HR processes.
Work alongside our global Co E teams that support us locally with HR transactional activity, L&D, Reward and Talent Management.
Management of all local HR documentation, personnel files and updating of our HR system Work Day.
Support with monthly payroll administration; including inputting salary changes, bonuses, benefits, joiners and leavers into the local HR system.
Coordination and administration of employee onboarding, including generating offer letters and contracts.
Work with L&D Co E teams on training administration and system maintenance.
Assist the HR Business Partners with delivery of HR projects and annual cycle events such as the annual employee engagement survey, mandatory training and merit/bonus campaigns.
Support with employee relations cases; including taking minutes, attending investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings, preparing letters and providing any support required by the HR Business Partners.
Are you a MATCH?
Have a strong interest in HR, with experience working in a fast paced office environment/or have some experience working within a HR setting.
Studied a HR related topic, hold a CIPD qualification or working towards is preferred Ability to use Google office packages Well organised with good attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and without supervision at times.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Must be able to work with a wide variety of people including the wider European HR team across our Northern European cluster.
