Our clients are a well known estate agents in West London and they are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of property management.

The day to day activities will include preparation of property inspections, inventories and deposits, managing contractors and property maintenance, working closely with customers and landlords and managing certification and documentation of properties using their in-house database.

To be successful in this position you will need to be incredibly organised with a strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in property management is essential as are your excellent customer service and client liaison skills, you need to be a real people person.

You will have a track record of being hardworking and exceptionally reliable and will have a real ‘can do’ attitude.

Your enthusiasm will shine through.

A driver’s license is essential.
