Vital Power Services is an independent smart metering service provider underpinned by a commitment to safety and providing a quality service to both our customers and clients. Due to significant growth, Vital Power Services is currently recruiting experienced dual fuel engineers who share similar values.

Salary/Benefits:

Requirements:

  • In date gas qualifications: CCN1/CMA1 & MET1/MET2 with relevant experience
  • A Level 2 Smart Metering Diploma or evidence of Electrical Competence
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Ability to pass a colour blindness test
  • Must be able to pass a DBS check and alcohol & drugs test

Start Date: 19/02/19

Responsibilities:

As a Vital Dual Fuel Meter Engineer you will be provided with a top of the range vehicle and all the tools and equipment required to successfully and safely complete your work to the high standard expected. Vital engineers should be able to clearly and confidently mentor new members of the Vital Power field workforce. You will also be encouraged to provide regular feedback to ensure best working methods are promoted. You will be representing Vital Power Services and also our clients, therefore it is key that you will be able to offer excellent customer service and have a friendly, approachable manner at all times. You must be willing to continuously develop your technical skills to enable good safety standards and productivity.
