The role will be based at our Chester office. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with half an hour lunch break.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join Vital Power Group. Acting as a central point of administrative support, you'll work across several business functions, including the Leadership Team, HR and Sales, helping to streamline processes and support the continued growth of the business. You'll be someone who enjoys multitasking, takes pride in keeping things organised and is always willing to help wherever needed. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to develop a broad range of business administration skills.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure meeting rooms are prepared.
  • Maintain office supplies and stationery stock.
  • Support the coordination of company meetings and events.
  • Assist with company communications and internal notices.
