About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Counterbalance Forklift Driver & Warehouse Operator to join our team in Wrexham. This is a dynamic and varied role, perfect for individuals who enjoy a mix of forklift operation, general warehouse duties, and managing on-site recycling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operating a Counterbalance forklift truck.
- Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and picking/packing.
- Managing and processing site recycling materials to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assisting with stock control and ensuring accurate inventory placement.
- Adhering strictly to site health and safety guidelines at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
- A valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with recycling operations is a distinct advantage.
- Flexibility to commit to a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, including potential rotations between days and nights.
- Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
