Magnus Search is currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative with a Reach FLT Licence to join a busy, fast-paced Fresh Fruit logistics and packaging operation based in Spalding (PE11). This is a fantastic opportunity to secure stable, long-term work with an immediate start. The role blends skilled forklift operation with general warehouse responsibilities in a fresh produce environment, offering excellent earning potential through a competitive overtime structure.
Salary & Benefits:
- Standard Rate: £13.55 per hour
- Overtime Rate: £16.94 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time, ongoing

Shifts & Hours:
- Pattern: Continental 2-2-3 day shift rota
- Hours: 08:00 AM - 20:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Key Duties:
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve palletised fresh produce from high-level chilled racking.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties including loading/unloading containers, order picking, packing fresh fruit, and stock replenishment.
- Adhering strictly to food safety, hygiene, and site health and safety guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- A valid, in-date Reach Truck FLT licence/certificate is essential.
- Previous experience in a warehouse operative role operating a forklift (prior fresh produce or food environment experience is an advantage).
- Comfortable committing to a 12-hour day shift on a rolling 2-2-3 rota.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent punctuality.
