The Role: Magnus Search is seeking a high-caliber Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth across the Spalding and South Lincolnshire region.
Direct Reporting: You will report directly to the Operations Manager and the Operations Director.
Lead Generation: Identifying and securing new B2B opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
Requirements:
- Driving License: A full UK Driving License is mandatory for this role.
- Proven success in business development or field sales.
- Working Hours: To be confirmed (Full-time).
