Vital People are currently recruiting friendly and motivated Bakery Operatives to join a busy food production site in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
About the Role:
- Work on a fast-moving food production line
- Assemble, pack, label, and quality check products
- Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
Shift Pattern:
- Shifts are 12 hours, working 7 out of 14 days:
- Day Shift: 06:00 - 18:00
- Night Shift: 18:00 - 06:00
- Example Rotation: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
What We're Looking For:
- Previous food production experience is helpful but not essential
- Full training will be provided
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail
- Reliable and motivated
