Magnus Search is looking for a structured, proactive, and person-centred Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Beeston, Nottingham (NG9). This role focuses entirely on service delivery. You will not be expected to do cold-call sales; instead, you will be the engine room of our operation managing existing client accounts, sourcing the best talent, and ensuring our workers are happy and compliant.
