Magnus Search is currently recruiting an Experienced Machine Operator on behalf of our client, a thriving global FMCG business based in Bedford. Salary & Benefits:
- Standard Rate: £14.48 per hour
- Overtime Rate: £21.72 per hour (payable after 46 hours worked)
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shifts & Hours:
- Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotation
- Hours: 18:00 PM - 06:00 AM (Permanent Nights, 12-hour shifts)
Key Duties:
- Operate bespoke production and tray-cleaning machinery efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure products meet high standards.
- Carry out basic cleaning, tool changes, and minor maintenance of production equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven Machine Operator experience.
- Electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic knowledge is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety.
- Full UK work authorisation.
