The Role:
As a Print Room Operative, you will be a vital part of the production team, ensuring the smooth flow of the operation. This is a "hands-on" role where you will be responsible for:
- Printing and managing estimates and quotes.
- Issuing correct labels to the production teams.
- Maintaining accuracy in a high-speed environment to ensure zero delays in the supply chain.
- General duties to support the wider production and technical functions.
The Shift Pattern:
You will work a Continental 2-2-3 rotation (e.g., 2 days on, 2 off, 3 on), which provides a great balance of working days and scheduled time off.
What you'll need to bring:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Print Room Operative. Experience within a Food or Fresh Produce environment is a massive plus.
- Systems: Ideally, you will have experience using the Progressive ID system.
- Communication: Strong communication skills are essential (reading, writing, and spoken English).
- Motive: We are looking for people with the determination to grow and progress as the company enters this new, positive chapter.
