We are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy Tray Wash site near Coalville. This fast-paced role is ideal for candidates with a valid forklift licence, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
  • Load/unload deliveries and move goods around the warehouse
  • Complete routine equipment checks
  • Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping
  • Ensure all documentation and processes are followed accurately
Requirements:
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and forklift safety procedures
  • Physically fit and detail-oriented
  • Must attend an on-site assessment day (theory + practical)
