Magnus Search is currently recruiting Warehouse Operative/Parcel Sorters on behalf of our client, a well-known and established leader in the logistics and distribution sectors. We are looking for committed candidates with a desire to find a long-term career path, who want to develop and grow within the company by taking part in their training and upskill programmes.
Salary & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour to start with
- Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm opportunities
Shifts & Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 12:00 Midnight to 08:00 AM
- No weekend work!
Key Duties:
- Parcel sorting and organising incoming/outgoing cargo.
- Handballing containers and unloading/reloading lorries quickly.
- Heavy lifting, manual handling, and re-palletising products.
- Working efficiently within a team environment to meet daily targets.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Committed to a long-term role with a desire to learn and progress.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, loading bay, or parcel sorting environment is preferred.
- A reasonable level of written and spoken English.
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual handling.
