Magnus Search is currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a fast-paced, major logistics and parcel distribution operation based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure stable, long-term work with a premier logistics provider. We are currently seeking reliable, safety-conscious individuals who hold valid, in-date forklift certificates and are available for an immediate start. The role blends skilled forklift operation with general warehouse logistics.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: £13.32 per hour
  • Job Type: Full-time, ongoing
  • Perks: Weekly pay every Friday, stable long-term hours, and a supportive team environment.

Shifts & Hours:

  • Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (Rolling Rota)
  • Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)

Key Duties:

  • Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently within a high-volume parcel sorting and distribution environment.
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, moving pallets of freight, and feeding sorting lines.
  • Adhering strictly to site health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Key Requirements:

  • A valid, in-date Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence/certificate is essential.
  • Previous experience operating forklifts within a busy warehouse or logistics hub.
  • Fully available to commit to a 12-hour day shift on a rolling 4-on/4-off rota.
  • Reliable, punctual, and available for an immediate start.
