The Role: Magnus Search is seeking a dedicated On-site Consultant to join our Bridlington operation. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our temporary workforce at a key client site. This is a high-energy role for someone who is resilient, organized, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- On-site Management: Acting as the primary liaison between Magnus Search and the client.
- Fulfillment: Sourcing, onboarding, and managing a high volume of temporary workers.
- Compliance: Ensuring all workers are fully compliant and documented.
- On-Call: Participating in a rota-based system to support our 24-hour operation.
Requirements:
- Driving License: Full UK Driving License is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment, on-site, or high-volume coordination role.
- Working Hours: Full-time (Hours to be confirmed).
