Magnus Search are currently recruiting for motivated Bakery Production Operatives to join our clients well-established food manufacturing site in Bridlington. Whether you prefer working days or you are a dedicated night owl, we have consistent, long-term positions available with immediate starts.
The Pay Rates
- Day Shift: £13.00 per hour | Overtime: £16.25 per hour
- Night Shift: £14.00 per hour | Overtime: £17.50 per hour
Overtime is payable for any hours worked outside of your standard rota.
Shift Patterns
- Days: 06:00 - 18:00 (4 On, 4 Off)
- Nights: 18:00 - 06:00 (4 On, 4 Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Production Support: Working in a fast-paced food factory environment.
- Packing & Labelling: Ensuring bakery products are packed and labelled accurately for dispatch.
- Manual Handling: Some manual lifting of products and materials.
- Standards: Adhering to all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety (H&S) procedures to maintain a clean, safe site.
Requirements
- Reliability: Exceptional timekeeping and a dependable work ethic are essential.
- Commitment: Ability to commit to a full-time 4 On, 4 Off 12-hour rotation.
- Experience: Previous factory experience is preferred, but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
