Who We're Seeking
- Experience: 15+ years with national contractors, including complex high-rise projects.
- Expertise: Mastery of BIM, construction techniques, and UK building regulations. Proven financial acumen and risk management. Familiarity with CVRs, PEP, and CDM/PSCS protocols.
- Qualifications: Industry-related management degree. Professional membership (MCIOB/CEng MICE preferred). IOSH for Directors, S5/Q10 workshop certification.
Your Mission
You’ll own end-to-end delivery of major contracts (£60m+), driving commercial success while championing safety and innovation. From tender to handover, you’ll:
- Lead tender teams (Estimators, QS, Consultants) to secure competitive bids.
- Craft winning strategies: Programmes, method statements, and HSE plans.
- Command onsite execution: Oversee logistics, subcontractor progress, and cost control.
- Champion zero-harm culture: Embed safety, quality, and environmental excellence.
