SSOW Planner Liverpool – fulltime Short-term contract – ongoing Up to £300 per day ****IMMEDIATE START***CONTRACTED ROLE***IMMEDIATE SUBMISSIONS***APPLY NOW** Our client is urgently seeking an experienced SSOW Planner. Interested in candidates that have access and logins to Rail hub. Elipse experience is essential. Our client is a reputable contractor within the rail sector who has worked on the UK’s biggest engineering and construction projects. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for producing SSOW packs, liaising with managers and team members, and managing work banks to ensure the smooth operation of rail activities. You will thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment where attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are crucial. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate all agreed work activities for the section. * Update systems, databases, and records in line with operational requirements. * Produce Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) plans to ensure safety and compliance. * Lead and manage weekly review meetings with stakeholders. * Oversee the Safe System of Work Planning Process and related systems. * Provide PDR updates. * Demonstrate knowledge of access and possession processes and systems. * Prior experience with Rail Hub, PPS, and Gzac systems is advantageous. Key Skills & Experience: * Proven experience as a Rail Planner with a strong understanding of SSOW planning. * Proficiency in managing schedules, work banks, and admin tasks, primarily using Excel. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Prior experience in a similar rail planning role is essential. * Elipse experience is essential.
