Site Manager - High Voltage
Location: Kent
Duration: 9-12 months (initially)
Rate: £500-£550 per day
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in construction and engineering projects to join a high‑performing team and play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on major infrastructure, energy, or construction projects.
- Experience within large-scale civil engineering, HV cable, or interconnector projects.
- Familiarity with high-voltage cable installation or energy transmission schemes.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary and international project environments.
- Commercial awareness and cost‑control understanding.
- Strong track record of delivering projects safely and on programme.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Sound understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
