Morson Vital are looking for an experienced Rail Resource Planner to coordinate labour and support the safe, efficient delivery of rail projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate staff to meet project and possession requirements.
- Manage rosters, availability and changes to resource requirements.
- Check competencies, working hours and fatigue compliance.
- Liaise with project teams to resolve resource gaps.
Requirements
- Previous rail resource planning or rostering experience.
- Knowledge of rail competencies and fatigue management.
- Strong organisation and communication skills
