Mechanical Supervisors – Yorkshire – Permanent Positions\\n\\nWe are looking for supervisors with backgrounds as plumbers or pipefitters and experience on large commercial and industrial projects including hospitals, schools, universities and data centres.\\n\\nYou will be working for the UK’s largest independent engineering services businesses who are renowned for looking after their staff and promoting from within. This will give you opportunities to work on landmark projects throughout your career. They are currently actively involved on data centres, nuclear sites, HS2 and a host of commercial projects around West Yorkshire.\\n\\nThese are permanent positions with successful candidates attracting a comprehensive employment package that includes:\\n\\n * BESA Team Leader terms and conditions\\n\\n * A weekly fixed supervisory responsibility allowance\\n\\n * Minimum earnings of £45,000 pa + regular overtime.\\n\\n * Company Pension scheme with combined employer/employee contributions of 11%.\\n\\n * 32 days of annual and public holidays paid at average earnings\\n\\n * An industry leading welfare benefits package including Private Medical Insurance\\n\\n * 1 paid wellbeing day\\n\\n * 2 paid volunteering days\\n\\n * Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme\\n\\nPlease note you will be directly employed by our client – not working via an agency
