Part-Time Administrator Location: North Birmingham Position Type: Part-Time Industry: Rail (RAIL experience is essential) Rate: £14 per hour PAYE Are you an experienced administrator with a background in the rail industry? We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our client on a part-time basis. This role will support the smooth running of our operations and contribute to the continued success of their projects. Key Responsibilities: * Sentinel Checks: Carry out regular sentinel checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. * PPE Management: Order and log Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure staff have the necessary gear. * Annual Leave Processing: Accurately process and record annual leave requests for employees. * Timesheet & Data Entry: Process weekly timesheets and manage data entry tasks to ensure smooth payroll operations. Essential Qualifications/Experience: * Previous experience working within a rail office – essential. * Knowledge of Sentinel checks and related procedures. * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). * Excellent communication and administrative skills.
