Vital are recruiting for experienced E&P Supervisors to join a high-profile rail programme, initially supporting the Southern Integrated Delivery Project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a significant project while leading teams and ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of E&P works.

Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for all staff under your control, including subcontractors
- Organise, undertake and manage all aspects of E&P works on site
- Work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure successful project delivery
- Review design drawings, validate site information and provide installation/compliance feedback
- Produce material take-offs from design drawings, place orders and manage stock levels
- Complete and submit all project documentation accurately and within required timescales
- Conduct site visits and implement any required actions
- Manage client site visits and stakeholder interactions
- Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken
- Prepare risk assessments and deliver safety briefings to the workforce
- Manage resource requirements and ensure effective utilisation of labour and plant
- Lead team briefings and promote a strong safety culture across the project
Essential Requirements
- PTS Certified
- 18th Edition Qualified
- Previous supervisory experience within E&P projects
- Experience working alongside Construction Managers and project delivery teams
- Proven experience managing teams and site labour
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience & Knowledge
- Strong background in E&P project delivery within the rail industry
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical standards and rail infrastructure interfaces
- Experience reviewing design documentation and validating installation requirements
- Knowledge of permanent way renewal techniques and multidisciplinary project environments

- Signalling Power Experience
- HV Systems Experience
- COSS Competency
- Cable Jointing & Small Tools Training
