Gas Engineer

An established national Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Facilities Services provider  Job Details To carry out planned maintenance (PPM) and minor works repairs, to set HVCA standards. Equipment includes Commercial and Domestic Boiler Installations, motors, pumps, ventilation plant and associated equipment. All works undertaken in accordance with the health and safety at works act, company safety procedures and contract specifications. Key Accountabilities Periodic Maintenance of Commercial and Domestic Gas Boilers Periodic Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical equipment, control panels and switch frames Correct and timely completion of paperwork according to company policy, and procedure Respond to reactive works in line with our contracted response times Provide engineering condition reports and quotations Delivery of service excellence with good customer interface skills Work safely and follow all site rules Respond to reactive works requests as required to include Mechanical and Electrical repairs, and minor installationsSkills / Knowledge ACoP for Commercial and Domestic Gas Oftec Oil and Competent Fault finding on BMS and Control Systems Electrical Servicing would also be desirable. Commercially  astute Knowledge of Cyclical Maintenance, Task Based SystemsPERSONNEL SPECIFICATION Delivery of service excellence with a can do attitude.
