Are you an experienced FLT Driver looking for your next role? We are currently recruiting for an on-going role working within a stores facility for rail engineering parts.
In this role, you will:
- Move materials around site
- Work within the warehouse / stores when required
- Safely lift pallets / materials around site
- Work with other team members / forklift drivers to move buildings / materials (as required / correct licence)
- Take deliveries of materials and equipment
- Ensure engineering teams have all the required equipment and components when required in advance of works taking place
You may also be asked to undertake other tasks that are an extension of your role to ensure a safe working environment such as cleaning and monitoring of the working environment.
Role Requirements:
- Ideally have experience of forklifting within a stores/manufacturing environment
- Be willing to learn new skills
- Must hold a valid, in date FLT Licence with evidence of training
This is a zero hours contract but will guarantee a minimum of 40hrs per week and is paid on a PAYE basis.
