Our high-performing Rail division in Manchester is looking for an experienced, proactive, and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our winning team at different levels, from Junior to Senior.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Make an impact from day one:
    • Build a client and candidate database of successful working relationships
    • Work alongside experienced consultants and learn proven recruitment strategies
    • Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and build client contacts

  • Hunt for top talent:
    • Use job boards, databases, and social media to attract high-calibre candidates
    • Source skilled professionals across a range of technical disciplines
