Morson Vital are recruiting an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the safe delivery of rail Electrification and coordinate site construction activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring full compliance with CDM 2015, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring programme, quality, and productivity to achieve project objectives.
- Conducting site inspections, risk reviews, and ensuring effective implementation of safe systems of work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the rail sector.
- Strong background in electrification.
- Sound knowledge of CDM Regulations, construction safety, and rail standards.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary site teams and contractors.
- PTS and relevant rail construction certifications preferred.
