Job Details
Commercial Roof Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor required to report to a regional office in the Birmingham area (B14 postcode).
Main responsibilities include managing an in-house team of roofing technicians to deliver planned and reactive maintenance of roof gutter cleaning contracts and roofing works.
The role involves a hands-on approach to ensure daily objectives, schedule timelines, and KPIs are met, along with completing associated documentation.
Responsibilities also include carrying out roofing surveys and condition reports to generate quotes, ensuring compliance with works-specific documentation, RAMS, planning, site bookings, and toolbox talks.
The successful candidate will report to an FM Contract Manager and be supported by a service desk team.
You will be part of the FM on-call team rota.
Experience in commercial roofing and the use of mechanical fall protection systems is required.
Ideally, candidates will hold some of the following qualifications: SSSTS (Supervisor) and/or SMSTS (Management).
