They are seeking dedicated Station Information and Security Systems Supervisors to join our dynamic station management team. This is a pivotal role where you will be the technical expert and team leader responsible for the critical systems that keep passengers informed, safe, and secure.
What We're Looking For (Essential):
- Proven experience in a technically supervisory role, preferably within the rail industry
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge of low-voltage electronic systems (CCTV, PA, Access Control, IP networks)
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills with a logical, proactive approach
- Experience managing small teams, with strong leadership and communication skills
- A solid understanding of health & safety regulations applicable to the role
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during operational incidents
- IT literate with good administrative skills
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota if required
- Knowledge of rail-specific standards and compliance (e.g., Network Rail Group Standards)
