Rate: GBP £350/day UMB
Our major rail client is looking for a supervisor to join their PWAY team for immediate start. They will work directly with the PWAY team to ensure that all Off Track work is completed in a safe and efficient manner. This will be covering predominantly the northwest area, Monday to Friday. Van and Fuel will be provided for this role.
Experience:
- Track experience as a supervisor or site foreperson in a rail environment
- Experience in rail working on track renewal projects
- Good knowledge of Track, tamping, and stressing
Key Accountabilities and Objectives:
- To manage groups with a continuous improvement ethos
- Management of existing contracts and rail infrastructure projects
- Supervising subcontractors ensuring good safety practices are followed
- Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of employees are following company procedures and requesting SWPs
