Rate: £450-£550/day
I have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE) with a strong background in Civils and drainage to join a major rail client. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Civil Engineering and drainage works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This is a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of critical rail infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities/Requirements:
?? Previously held the CRE title within a Civils role.
?? Design and installation experience in Civils (Drainage).
?? Background in Contracting and Civil Engineering
?? Ability to manage and direct site staff.
?? Knowledge of railway infrastructure work.
?? Familiarity with CDM 2015 regulations.
?? Strong communication and documentation skills.
?? Review technical plans, drawings and materials to confirm they are correct.
?? Be a leader in ensuring Health & Safety standards are met.
