About the Role
As a Senior Possession Planner, you’ll be the backbone of safe and efficient rail operations, ensuring seamless coordination of possessions while upholding the highest safety standards. Your work will directly contribute to minimizing disruptions and enhancing network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of Safe Systems of Work (SSOWP), aligning with Network Rail standards to guarantee compliance and safety.
- Innovate access strategies: Coordinate possession resources, book critical infrastructure access, and lead possession meetings to optimize timelines.
- Master the Possession Planning System (PPS): Maintain meticulous records, validate licences/qualifications, and ensure 100% compliance with industry legislation.
