Building Surveyor- PTS

Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor with a solid background in asset condition surveying and rail-related safety competencies to support a growing team in delivering a high-volume surveying programme.
Essential Requirements:
- HND/HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Previous proven experience in building condition surveys across diverse property portfolios.
- Understanding of:
- Building Regulations, CDM Regulations, and planning processes.
- Statutory/rail industry construction and maintenance requirements.
- Railway safety and possession regimes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid Safety critical competencies (PTS )
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering a defined work bank of building asset condition surveys in line with statutory compliance.
- Developing survey strategies and delivery plans for annual condition surveys.
- Reporting on asset conditions using asset management systems.
- Supporting the creation of maintenance plans and technical scopes.
- Monitoring progress and quality of maintenance schemes.
- Representing at hand-back meetings for completed works.
- Maintaining all relevant rail-specific competencies and training.
- Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
