The Opportunity
To support us through a busy period we’re looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service Administrator. The role is based in our Stroud office and will sit alongside and have opportunity to learn from our well‑established UK customer services team. The successful candidate must be able to think on their feet and have previous experience in a customer service role.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service for our UK customers
- Receive, acknowledge and process orders via SAP
- Work closely with the UK sales teams to support customer orders and forecasts
- Provide high level customer service to customers over phone and email
- Invoicing in conjunction with Finance team
- Generation of export documentation to support shipments from our warehouse facility
- Organising of product shipments and liaising with freight companies to ensure correct product alignment for designated countries
- Coordination of customer organised pick‑up
- Provide customer updates where necessary
- Dealing with customer complaints
- First point of contact for orders & queries
Experience & Profile
- Experience of using SAP system is preferable, however the full training will be given to the right candidate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage but not essential
