- What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and hot food items to company standards.
- Ensuring food is presented to a high standard and served promptly.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- Following all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages when required.
- Minimising food waste through effective stock rotation and portion control.
- Delivering friendly and professional customer service.
- Supporting the smooth operation of the site during busy trading periods.
- Serving customers and presenting food to a high standard.
- Completing opening and closing duties as required.
- What We'll Need From You
- Previous experience working as a Cook, Chef or within a commercial kitchen or café environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Positive, reliable and hardworking with a flexible approach.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
