We're looking for a Customer Account Manager to maximise commercial sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience through consultative selling, account management, cross-selling, upselling and new customer acquisition.

In this role, you'll balance customer retention and profitability by managing a portfolio of commercial customers, identifying growth opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
