How You'll Make An Impact As a Business Administrator
At SNAP, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our Access & Security business.
Acting as the administrative hub of the department, you'll provide essential financial, commercial and operational support, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently, suppliers are managed effectively, stock is controlled accurately and customers receive an excellent service.
You'll work closely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers across the business, contributing to the successful delivery of installations, maintenance services, and ongoing business operations

- What You'll Be Doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support across procurement, finance, operations, compliance, and contract administration.
- Raising and managing purchase orders, processing supplier invoices, and supporting customer invoicing activities.
- Building and maintaining effective supplier relationships, obtaining quotations and coordinating equipment and materials orders.
- Supporting financial administration and producing management reports.
- Managing contracts, stock records, and project administration.
- Assisting with compliance activities, audits, and document control.
- What We'll Need From You
- Previous experience in business, operations, finance administration, or commercial support.
- Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills.
- Sage experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of PCI compliance is beneficial but not essential.
