We are looking for several new Maintenance Engineers from Mechanical or Electrical backgrounds to join our O&M team looking after commercial and industrial-scale Energy & Heating sites mainly covering Middlesborough, Northallerton and York., Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

Delivering Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for plantrooms and renewable energy systems at both private and public sector facilities such as residential blocks, stations, museums, hospitals etc.

Supporting with the installation and commissioning of new equipment

Providing technical assistance to clients, contractors and work colleagues within sphere of operation and fulfilling customer service requirements while meeting QHSE objectives

Ensuring statutory and mandatory inspections are satisfactorily carried out and documented in line with the company’s management system

Accurately maintaining and submitting relevant documentation and records as required

Undertaking subcontractor management where necessary

Responding to issues as part of a callout rota
This role would suit those from a Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance background where they have gained experience looking after equipment such as boilers, motors, generators, engines, pumps, turbines or similar, and where they are now at a stage in their career where they’d like to transition into the Renewable Energy industry where they can work on a variety of complex, high-profile projects. Any experience with Steam Raising plant will be highly advantageous.
Those leaving the Armed Forces are also invited to apply as training can be provided.
Skills/Experience:
