What you’ll be doing
As a Graduate Design Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our engineering function. You will:
- Produce calculations, drawings and technical documentation for major renewable energy, sustainability, power infrastructure and power generation projects
- Work alongside experienced engineers who will support your development every step of the way
- Contribute to real projects from day one — not just shadowing, but actively helping deliver solutions that reduce carbon emissions across the UK
- Gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and project types, from heat networks to large‑scale power generation

Who we’re looking for
We’re interested in graduates who are:
- Studying or recently completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Curious, motivated, and excited by the challenge of helping the UK reach Net Zero
