You will perform planned maintenance on HIUs and MVHR systems, aiming for high service quality in occupied properties while complying with manufacturer guidelines and contract requirements.
The role involves completing 8–10 services per day, working independently to a planned programme, and participating in on-call rota for reactive maintenance and breakdown
