The role Due to Vital Energi's continued growth, we require a Commercial Executive to assist with the financial management of O&M Contracts, in partnership with the Contracts Managers and/or Engineers and the wider Commercial Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the senior members of the commercial team on numerous projects with the procurement, sub-contractor accounts and variation accounts, as well as being responsible for the commercial management of your own contracts and also support with the transition to 4PS. We are supporting Hospitals, Universities, New Build developments, Towns and Cities as well as Industrial and Commercial clients to decarbonise their buildings. We have and continue to work on ground-breaking projects throughout the UK which are supporting the UKs Net Zero targets, such as the recently announced £1 billion low-carbon infrastructure project for Westminster. A few key responsibilities Vet contract documentation on receipt from Client to ensure compatibility with the Companys Tender and subsequent negotiations Prepare and issue enquiries for Plant, Materials and Sub-Contract packages.
