Would you like to be part of Vital Energi’s Strategy of Growth? If so, we are looking for a skilled CAD Technician to join our District Heating team based at our HQ in Blackburn supporting the delivery of low-carbon energy infrastructure across the UK.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing high-quality technical drawings and design information for complex district heating networks, working closely with our mechanical, civil, and electrical engineers to bring innovative, sustainable energy solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D drawings for district heating networks.
- Develop detailed design drawings including:
- General arrangement drawings
- Pipe routing plans
- Alarm drawings / As Builts
- Cross-sections and 3D details
