The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Energy & Performance Administrator to join our Solutions team at our Head Office, Blackburn. As an E&P Administrator you will assist the Operational team, including Contract Managers, Team leaders, Performance Monitoring team and Engineering staff by providing administrative support.

You will support the development of robust reporting processes, monitoring functions, and information collection across the operational contracts to ensure the delivery of a quality service. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person, with career development along your Vital Journey!

The Role:

  • Support the use of the Company Quality Management Systems and audit processes, in line with company documentation, focusing upon operational support functions such as planned and reactive maintenance, performance & monitoring and labour optimisation.
  • Provide assistance to Customers, contractors and work colleagues within the sphere of operations.
  • Work closely with all members of the department.
