Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Marketing Graduate to play a leading role in the growth of our Marketing team in our Blackburn office.
Location: Blackburn
About the role: The Marketing Graduate is a role that supports the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across a wide range of online and offline mediums. To monitor the performance of the initiatives through collecting data and analysing market trends, to build on the company's marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and activities
- Coordinate and assist with exhibitions and hosted events, both internal and external
- Support the delivery of client and project communication plans
- Help create graphics and collateral for campaigns, events, advertising, and other promotional materials
- Create and develop ideas for campaigns
- Develop and support internal communication initiatives to increase employee engagement
- Film, edit, and manage animations, documentary-style, and TikTok-style videos to promote the brand and campaigns
- Understand brand guidelines and consistently implement the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
- Track and report on analytics across campaigns, internal communications, and social media using varied reporting tools
- Support the development of work-winning collateral for bid proposals
What you will need:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Confident in writing engaging content for a variety of platforms
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for organisation and prioritisation
- The ability to juggle short deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Possess a solid understanding of effective marketing techniques
- Experience with social media platforms
- Experience in using CMS systems to upload and manage website content
- Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
