The Site Administrator will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the management team has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will have proven site administration experience within the construction industry.

The Role
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team.
- Facilitate the meeting rooms and provide meeting attendees with refreshments when / if required.
- Organise efficient administration and filing systems as appropriate.
- Provide all round general support for the teams.
- Assist with H&S administration for the SHEQ and site team.
- Assisting with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Ordering and managing stationery and sundries for site.
- Front of house duties including, meet & greet of clients, visitors, providing refreshments etc.
- Booking couriers, managing site post and small item deliveries.
- Administration of site procurement of consumables and offtakes including reconciliation of delivery notes and invoices, and liaising with other Vital Energi departments.
- Administer site staff training records & training course management, booking, travel arrangements etc.
- Creation, editing and formatting of MS office-based documentation.
- Take lead role in the administration of site documentation.
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
- File documents in physical and digital records.
- Create templates for future use.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organisation.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Assist with site inductions & relevant paperwork.
- Tennant Liaison Officer duties.
The Person
- Proven work experience in office administration or similar role, ideally within the Construction industry.
- Familiarity with project management.
- Good IT skills and hands-on experience with MS Office.
- Proficient typing and editing skills.
- Data organisation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent command of both written and oral English.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
