Our work-winning team is responsible for delivering outstanding bid submissions to successfully win projects for Net Zero innovative energy solutions across various sectors. Projects include selecting energy reduction measures for existing buildings, multi-MW solar farms, or city-wide heat networks using low carbon heat pumps. Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents to understand client requirements.
- Take ownership of the bid process, working on various bids in value and technical scope.
- Lead and manage work-winning meetings/tenders with estimating, design, and commercial teams to ensure proposals are on schedule and within budget, resulting in successful outcomes.
- Provide progress updates at department meetings.
- Engage with potential clients to build relationships.
- Conduct post-tender reviews, drive lessons learned, and share feedback with relevant teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- Experience in project coordination and management.
- Technical experience in construction/engineering (desirable but not essential).
- Interest in emerging technologies within the Energy Market and supporting Net Zero initiatives.
- Strong people management and teamwork skills.
- Confident with excellent presentation skills.
- Flexible workload management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full UK driving license.
