- Helping to improve the digital experience for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals by ensuring our websites and digital resources are accessible, accurate and user-focused
- Supporting a range of digital projects, including website launches, accessibility improvements and SEO/GEO initiatives
- Working with colleagues across different teams, countries and external development partners
- Updating and maintaining website content through our content management systems (CMS)
- Assisting with project planning and coordination to help keep projects on track and delivered successfully
- Supporting the development of digital tools and workflows using platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
- Carrying out quality assurance checks to ensure websites and digital content meet high standards for accuracy, compliance and user experience
- Monitoring website and digital performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related subject
- An interest in websites, digital marketing and technology
- A basic understanding of website platforms, content management systems and how websites work
- Some knowledge of SEO, website analytics or digital performance measurement
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with different teams and stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
